To Associate a Person to an Object

  1. Open the object you want in the Content pane.
  2. Expand the Persons topic.
  3. Do one of the following:

    Click the New link and enter the person code of the person.

    or

    Click the Query Persons link to search for the appropriate person(s), then drag the persons you want from the search results list into the Persons topic.

  4. Click the Save icon.
Click the Delete icon next to a person in the list to disassociate it from the object.
